The Art of Noticing
A mindful drawing walk in nature
This experience is a journey of noticing, not perfection.
Your journal is your witness — not your critic.
The Art of Noticing is a moving meditation
This is not an art class
It is a practice of presence
I have deeply rooted myself all my life in any form of art and nature has always been a important reset space from childhood. This is what I would like to share with you.
For three slow hours, we will walk through a forest, along the beach, or wherever nature invites us that day and we draw not to create something perfect, but to notice.
This experience changes every time, because nature changes, and so do you. I have made each walk’s group intentionally small, so there is time, space, and presence for everyone.
What this experience is
A guided, gentle hike where drawing becomes a way to:
- Slow down
- Arrive in your body
- See without judgement
- Meet yourself with kindness
- Pausing is the real experience - not the destination
No artistic experience required.
You only need curiosity.
you’ll leave with
Not a perfect sketchbook —but a peaceful nervous system, a softer inner voice, and a deeper trust in yourself.
Many people leave feeling:
- Lighter
- Quieter inside
- More grounded
- More connected to themselves and the world around them
you’ll learn
How to draw without pressure
- How to quiet the inner critic
- How to see more clearly by slowing down
- How creativity can feel safe and nourishing
- How presence becomes a form of self-care
This is about process, not product.
